Stephanie Crosby graduated from Baylor University with her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in nursing in 2005. After graduating, Stephanie practiced as a general pediatric floor nurse at Texas Health Plano for 5 years while working on her masters at the University of Texas at Arlington. As a Registered Nurse, Stephanie worked on evidence-based research and helped develop new policies and procedures to help improve patient care and outcomes. Stephanie has volunteered her time on a medical mission trip and hopes to continue to be involved in medical/surgical mission work in the future.

Stephanie graduated in August 2010, with her Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and in December 2010, with her Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner- post-masters. She joined the team in October and her role includes the inpatient management of patients post operatively. Stephanie rounds on the patients that are admitted and helps manage their inpatient stay, discharge, and follow up plans. Stephanie has a passion for pediatrics and enjoys being a part of The Plastic and Craniofacial Surgery for Infants and Children in Dallas, Texas.
Stephanie is currently a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Society of Pediatric Nurses. She has been a certified pediatric nurse since 2007.
Stephanie is newly married, and has plans to further her career by pursuing her DNP in the near future. In her free time she enjoys running, photography and traveling.
